Please log in to the Hybrid Platform (click on Login in the upper right corner and use the e-mail address linked to your registration account).
Your password will be sent to you via e-mail automatically upon the first login attempt. Please note that the login details to the Online Congress Hub are different from the IPNA 2022 Portal that you used until now. Make sure to check your spam folder (if needed) for the new password.
As a poster presenter, you are kindly asked to be online during the scheduled poster session, join a live discussion room to meet with delegates interested in your poster and answer their questions.
If you cannot attend due to other commitments or inconvenient time zone difference, it is understandable that you will not be online for your poster session.
Please note that the maximum number of participants in a room is 25.
If you have more than 1 poster in the same poster session, they will all lead to the same room.
When in the room, you can see the number of participants, time remaining and also the controls which you can use to turn on/off your microphone and camera and share your screen.
Apart from the poster sessions, there are two ways in which other delegates can contact you:
To see the discussion, click on the poster title and use Discussion tab.
You will receive notification (bell pictogram) with any new comment.
Delegates can also contact you privately via Networking. You will receive a notification (envelope pictogram) with any new message.
If you cannot see the envelope pictogram in the upper right corner next to your name, your Networking is turned off.
To turn it on, click on your name → Personal page → Settings → Networking ON → Save changes.
