IPNA 2022 Official hotels have now been sold or released back to the hotel. If you still require accommodation this is now on a request basis, subject to both availability and rate request. Please send yor request, including check in and check out dates to registration@ipna2022.org. As there are multiple events in Calgary during the congress week we strongly advise to book your accommodation asap to avoid disappointment with availability or rates available.

Payment & Cancellation Terms for IPNA 2022 Hotels

Each booking requires a credit card to guarantee a room. The credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Guests will be paying their accommodation at checkout. The final invoice will also be issued at checkout.

Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will not be charged a penalty. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 nights' room and taxes, charged to the guaranteed credit card.
